I am writing to you to advise you of the magnificient service our family received from Kena and Linda Johnston.

As the Executrix of my step-father's estate it was with a heavy heart to act according to his Will that the home he and my Mother shared for almost 55 years be sold. Unfortunately I was unable to be in Vancouver during the whole selling process. Therefore, I did not hesitate to leave the task of dealing with my lawyers and family to Ken and Linda in order that the sale be completed on time and in perfect order. They answered my phone calls and emails promptly. While I was away they kept me fully informed as to the progress of the sale. They did not hesitate to contact me whenever they required my opinion.

They were a wealth of knowledge for us especially advising what we can and cannot leave in the house. After we had removed the contents of the house they kindly came and checked that we had not missed anything. They also advised my sister who had lived in my step-father's home for several years hwat the approximate rents and location of apartments are within the area.

Ken and Linda sold our family home whom we referred to as the "Grand Old Lady" to a family whom I suspect will love and cherish 3851 Frances Street as much as our family did for so many years.
